Ofengemüse – Oven Veggies

Marinade aus Olivenöl, Salz, Thymian, roten Pfeffer-Beeren und Koriander.                       A sauce for covering the veggies is made of olive oil, salt, thyme, red pepper and coriander.

Das Gemüse schälen und in Stücke schneiden, lange dünne Streifen eigenen sich zum Backen gut.                                                                                                                                              Peel and cut the veggies into strips.

Auf dem Blech verteilen, mit der Marinade bepinseln.     Im Backofen bei 180 Grad Umluft 40 – 60 Minuten backen.                                                                                                          Spread out on a baking sheet and paint the sauce onto the veggies.  Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 40 – 60 minutes.
