Mittagessen aus gekochter Rote-Bete mit Feta-Schafskäse und einem Dressing aus Kübiskern-Öl und Tamari (Weizen-freie Soja-Sauce). 

Lunch made of cooked red beet roots, sheep-feta cheese and a dressing made of Tamari (wheat-free soy-sauce) and pumpkin seed oil.
