Natur-Tofu in Öl mit Cayenne Pfeffer, Tamari und Knoblauch anbraten. Waffel aus Bucheweizen-Mehl und Hafer-Flocken.  mit Chicorée und Grapefruit-Dressing.

Plain Tofu fried in oil with cayenne pepper, tamari and garlic. Waffels made of buckwheat flour and oat flakes. Chicorée Salad with grapefruit dressing.
