Gemüse waschen, schneiden, mit Öl bepinseln und Salz bestreuen. Im Ofen bei 170 Grad Umluft für 45-60 Minuten backen. Blumenkohl nach 20 Minuten wenden.

Wash vegetables and cut into size. Using a brush, paint oil on the veggies and add salt. Bake in oven at 170 Celcius for 45-60 minutes. Turn the cauliflower after 20 minutes.
